When you submit the form, our hosting provider processes the request and Resend sends an email notification to our enquiry inbox. The website shows a confirmation after the email service accepts the notification. If sending fails, your details remain in the form so you can retry or choose the email alternative.

These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements. An installer is responsible for the personal information it subsequently collects for its own quotation or installation contract.

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, any requested introduction and related follow-up. In deciding when to delete it, we consider whether the enquiry is still active, whether an issue or complaint remains unresolved and whether a legal obligation requires particular records. We do not apply an installer’s project-record retention period to every website enquiry.

This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. The savings calculator runs in your browser. Form details are sent to our enquiry service only when you submit them. Hosting services can process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. This notice must be updated if the site’s hosting, tracking or enquiry handling changes.
